You are changing the world my friend. Those signs are a pain in the posterior to write and even more of a pain to put in the ground. BUT - YES they do work. Get to it DG Fam! Reward lies ahead. Not just for you, but for the families you will help.

I have tried commercially printed signs, I have tried (because that is all I could get) white signs with a black felt marker, but NONE of them works like the yellow with a black marker. Unbelievable how different the results can be if you just follow the recipe. Thank you Dean for the admonition to do it right.

Anyway, as much as I hate to admit it, Bandit Signs work. Fear kept me from using them, desire won out. I got more responses from my signs than any other method.

Thanks a Billion Dean, I am a newbie to the DG famil and have been in RBBP program about two months now. My Bandit signs have been working awesome (particularly outside your local Walmart folks) BUT I have more motivated sellers on my list than buyers. So last night as I prepared for my weekly and monthly task list, I had resolved to dedicate this month to growing my Cash Buyers list and doing whatever I needed to do to grow that list!!

Well Dean you cut my entire timeline in half if not even more with this weeks SIZZLING HOT weekly wisdom Tip!!

I really wish it had been me you decided to help when you came to Florida. I have been thorough almost all of your courses and been mentored by one of your best students and I continue to struggle. Finding buyers is going to be my demise, I am near the end of my persuit of making it in real estate. I just can not find buyers!! If I am unable to succeed it will be a great financial lose for me and my wife. We have put alot of time and money trying to make it work.

The signs do work! We found that the sun fades out the black marker so we started painting the letters on. It takes more time but when you go back a few weeks later they are still readable. Then we move the signs around to new areas and get new callers.

I gotta say thats amazing to see dean come here near me and know that hes helping someone out. I just wish it was me. Id be happy to talk for 10 min. Having a hard time getting started with no money, no job, no car. I feel like after my first deal i would probably make more that day then the last 2 years combined at my 10 hour a week jobs.
