Investor Buyers

Hey Mike do you have a letter that someone could send to a potential investor buyer?? For example you have their LLC name and address, but not a phone number.What would you recommend?

Great letter for cash buyers.

This is a great letter for a cash/investment buyers you have in your buyers list. But what if you have a tenant buyer, or a buyer that needs financing that you're trying to put in that house? What do you say in a letter to the seller if you have that type of buyer? Thank you.

The only part I have a

The only part I have a question about is:

"We can purchase with current tenants even if they are delinquent in rent!"

How would you do a deal like that? Why would you want to deal with tenants that are delinquent?


Keep it simple

I have used letters that are just simple.

I would just ask if they are interested in selling their home, please call me at XXX number.

I have hand written these and I was getting about a 10-15% response rate on the letters I was sending out. Now if you make a goal to send out 100 per month, that is 10-15 potential sellers that you can do deals with
