You know how we always say "Location, Location, Location"? Well now its all about "Signs, Signs, Signs"! lol But seriously, this is how it can happen and I truly believe this is an effective marketing approach to not just bring in buyers, but possibly sellers or anybody else Real Estate related, depending on what your sign is targeting in the message. My partner and I right now are trying to do the opposite and find desperate sellers who need to sell quickly and refer them to our financial partners. Its part of our Bird Dogging / Wholesaling biz and its what I like to think of as a "give and go" technique, just like the way its used in Basketball. Well thanks again Dean for another awesome weekly wisdom blog and I will surely implement this strategy and see how it pays off. Take care and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
