Just returning after a brief "hiatus" needed to get my health in check...I'm back!! I see that I missed a contest and would love, love, love to see these inspiring videos!! How could I do that??

I am retiring (actually "stepping away" with a stipend) to fulfill my dream of focussing on REI!! My husband and I have given this a great deal of thought and are committed to the decision. I am free to exclusively focus on REI July 1st. As I continue my devotion to my 6th graders for the next 4+ months I will check in to this website...read and contribute when I can.

I love being on this journey with like minded folks. Thank you, Dean!

Congratulations to everyone and thank you Dean for the blog. We are just starting out and we needed those words of incouragement. I know this will work for us just as it has for so many in the DG family. Through all the prep and research that we have done, it is amazing to see what is out there and available. We are currently working on our buyers list and finding the right Real Estate Agent. We can't wait to get started but in the meantime we are already helping my brother find a property for when he retires in about a year. He is so excited about the potential properties that we have located for him he just can't wait. I know once we have our buyers list that they will feel the same way.

Here's the story, Me and my partners are college/grad students with a lot of school work to complete. Also,we are dealing with life issues, and these obstacles we face everyday making it harder for us to make something happen in real estate. Time Management is a huge issues for us. Can anybody Help us?
