Hi Everyone:
I work with cash investors so there are no contingencies. Buying with cash is a much faster process then verifying loans.
I would immediately submit a bid with your Realtor/broker so we would move fast! I would work via email with your Realtor/broker to keep things simple.
We first bid and secure the property on behalf of the investors - a.s.a.p. Once the deal is submitted we would know upon submission if it is an acceptable deal. Next we would know within a few days if fully accepted.
Any state, distressed properties, REOS,MLS,FSBO, you name it. Property must be between $200k - $400k After Repairs Value (ARV). NO BURNED PROPERTIES. They'll consider properties up to $600K,(ARV).
