Taking the 1st step

Ok, I received Dean's new book, contacted an agent, found one cash buyer, found 10 potential properties,
so far so good, right... well I would like to try the double closing since is a cash sale. Waiting for the agen to call me. Very nerves, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. Should I try something else??
Any takers?

you are going great! Please the important things are the prices of the properties. You need to be sure that the comparables are good and you have good deals… http://www.zillow.com/ is very good to see comparables…

Hi Pablo, what is bird dog agree is it a book? Sorry, but like I told you I'm still reading Dean's book , I'm very new to Real Estate, trying to figure out what I'm reading. I'm Cuban I see you are from Argentina, good people I have a couple of friends from there.
