I need to find another agent, because I don't think I want to deal with the one I found I need to put the people in a house before I lose the sale, I started looking for houses for sale by owners, and I found one that I believe they will like, contacted the owner and made an appointment to see him and the house tomorrow.
He's asking 150.000. Trying to do the math to see how much I can offer, (don't have any idea of what I'm doing, just ask the good Lord to help me. Any help from anybody ???? Please.

The realtor is not doing much to help, so the people are looking on there Owen. So now I'm trying to look for houses for sale by owner so I wont need an agent, I don't want to waste time looking for another agent. I don't know what else to do, any advise??? I'm desperate...

cash investors, send some E Mails, to 10 of the ones I found. Road around looking at properties for sale and distress ones. Did some research at them.Found a lot of information in google.
I have a question, if anyone can do me a favor,
Is finders fees what the Real Estate or an Investor pay also, my realtor told me that Zillow is not that reliable because is not updated as often, is that true?

Taking the 1st step

so far so good, right... well I would like to try the double closing since is a cash sale. Waiting for the agen to call me. Very nerves, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. Should I try something else??
