To find out who owns a vacant house go to your county's tax assessors web site and you can find out about any house or business and who owns what. They give you everything but the owners phoe number.

How do I find info about owners
I came across an empty house that know one lives in and I was wondering how I would go about getting the info to contact the owner of the house.
