advertising on social networks. "investor's wanted" offer them property you find at 50-60% arv. wen they email you or however you choose for them to contact you, tell them you dont have that property no more but you consistenly run into deals like that all the time what area are they mostly interted in. hope this works for you to.

"I buy houses for cash" websites are a good way to find buyers. If you have a property under contract use those websites and buyers will start calling you. I've gotton over 40 buyers on my list now. Its amazing!!

As you travel around your town (and surrounding areas) ALWAYS have a pad & pen, you'll see "BANDIT" signs on utility poles and lawns that say, "I Buy Houses" or "We Buy Houses" or something close to this. When you get home, call them, introduce yourself and get to know them. Ask them questions about where they look for houses, price range and anything else you can learn from them about what they'd be interested in buying and then you can go locate such a place; then you call/EM them and hopefully you both make lots of money! Something else you could try....GOOGLE "real estate cash buyers" "real estate cash buyers list" and "how to find real estate cash buyers." This should keep you busy for a while.....hope it helps.
