I think that this is a great idea as well because any time you give it not only helps the people that you are giving it to helps you as well.

It Will be even better when I win the Free Weekend with you...Everyone has doubts and questions regarding this guru and website. But honestly, without this Website and Dean's book, I would still be paddling not to drown. Everyone has to look that the situation their in and realize it they don't change now, they be will in the same position a year from now. I once read "Your life doesn't get better by chance, it gets better by change" (sorry, got side track). Thanks for wanting to return what the coaches have given you, a chance to live a better life. I had just recently commented to a post regarding a query something of the nature of if it sounds to good to be true. This concerned the Success Academy. My reply to this post was that the Coaches who are there because in one way or another have achieved some degree of success do want to share their knowledge and give back whether for good karma or just the great feeling one has when improving someone else's life which enriches their own. It's like a Big brother/ Big Sister type of thing. I hope that you are approved by the Powers that be. But, I believe that what you think you are. You have the right stuff and just wanted to express my opinion. Best of Luck to you.

We have been doing short sales successfully but as you know they are not short by any means and sometimes not very profitable. But I must say we do help the homeowners and that is our main focus in this economy. We work very hard and would certainly welcome the opportunity that you have offered. Randy your idea is great, sometimes people can use a little hands on push just to get jump started. Did Dean approve of your idea.

I to have just started and enrolled in the Success Academy. I know first hand what it is like to read, watch and be given instructions and still not get it unless I have hands on. IE- when my son was trying to teach me how to use the computer, he had to sit beside me and tell me step by step what to do. Once he had walked me through it a couple of times, I had no problem.
I don't know weather it is a learning disability or not, but it seems to be better than scratching your head trying to figure things out.

I am not in the success academy, it's not that I didn't try, no job, no money, no credit cards and no credit.

I will not let that stop me! I am a property locator right now for a couple of people, while I am still looking for my first deal.

Well, it's the new year and we haven't heard a peep from you I'm sure you're busy but hopefully you'll be able to take a minute soon and update us on your proposal. I've been in the Success Academy since September, haven't done a deal yet, and I wish I wouldn't have signed up with it because I can't afford it. I seriously feel it's a thorn in my flesh at this time and I can't seem to bring myself to get into it. I'm learning more online here and with various webinars, but feel lost as to how to do this with no money down and poor credit, with the way the market seems to be at this time... I sure would appreciate some help...

It would sure help some individual that has not been able to put the pieces together yet . Great idea !

Hi Randy . I have read many posts which contain comments about the success academy. I have made a few myself. It isn't so much the people posting, including myself, are knocking the academy. Most are frustrated about not getting the answer to what the total or basic costs are of the program. There has only been one which said it wasn't worth it after participating in it. THAT is NOT my view point. It IS worth it ! After 10 attempts of asking team members/coaches on the phone I found a basic price . Persistence won!! Just haven't dared post it on that forum regarding that topic. Most comments are "can not afford it" type with a twist of frustration added in the wording. I hope this was an enlightening viewpoint. As you can see even on this forum members are financially struggling just to put the basics of their operation together much less jumping in on an additional program without knowing the costs. I as many cannot do it for that reason. Okay, most get their money back, but one has to have it to start with.

You're going to get out of anything what you put toward something. I'm doing a mentor program and I'm getting answers to everything I ask. If you focus on the big picture at the end and you do what they tell you to do then things will work to your advantage. A lot of people think this is a get rich quick deal and they paid their money and they should be millionaires. We all know it doesn't work that way. It requires a lot of hard work to get going.

It's been three months and I haven't seen any final determination on the approval of this offer and/or I haven't seen a winner picked if the offer was approved. Can you give us an honest update of what's going on? Thanks in advance.
