Student Wisdom #22 - Tick Tock - With Andrea Weule

Its a marathon, not a sprint. Some folks see a reward right away, others take longer. Thanks for the great reminded on the goals and seeing them come.

Destiny dictates everything. No matter how much you try, if it ain't in the cards. it ain't in the cards.

I don't believe for a moment that Donald Trump ever had to ponder and soul search like the rest of us working stiffs. There's no way in hell he could have amassed all his billions if it was really left up to the whims of this world. Destiny blessed and dictated his every move. I sometime hear people envying others who have achieved nothing but peanuts, but these same people conveniently overlook the astonishing results of the likes of Oprah, Buffett, and Branson. What we should all really be asking is how in the world did these people succeed over and over and over without a hiccup. How is it that they got lucky consistently without ever tripping along the way? We all get lucky once in a while, but it is illogical and inconceivable to think it can happen over such a long enough stretch to amass millions, let alone billions !! ......Unfortunately, or fortunately, the answer is staring us directly in the face but most of us are too naive and blind to ever realize the truth. We go on living like an ostrich with its head buried in sand or like a confused puppy chasing its own tail......Pragmatism is the only sensible option in an otherwise unpredictable reality.

This is my first comment to any real estate blog. You are very encouraging with your words of wisdom. I know that real estate is not a get rich quick scam but yet a way of life. My goals and time line will be realistic to my very busy schedule but i will be making a step forward each day. thank you
