My name is Gerard and I am a real estate investor. I was wondering if there are any cash investors in New York? Currently, I am building a database of investors who are willing to close on deals quickly - that is if the deals match their specified criteria for properties in New York State.

When driving around the area you like write down for rent contacts is a way I found aone. And he suggested to go to rei clubs in the area. Two great ways. I have met quite a few this way. Now I need to find the deal that they would be interedsted in. Hey I'm new and am in the trenches too. So any suggestions I appreciate too. Good Luck! S*
