There is an abundance of properties available in Brooklyn ranging from, fsbo's, short sales, foreclosures, reo's, and tons of great assignments. I work this area heavily, and daily, this market is so prime for the time being.
I wholesale some and purchase and flip the good ones. If there is anyone else that works this territory, and would like to share deals, or perhaps just would like to share experiences for the sake of learning our craft better I am all ears.
