Hey all,

Just wanted to give you an update on some of happenings surround the Insider Elite offer...

I know people use excuses all the time and this is going to sound that way, but I dont have the money to do the ie at this point. Dean, I watched the entire livecast, as well as last year's RBB event. These are the best motivators I have ever seen! I guess it's the "LIVE" factor that makes them so valuable. This package looks great. However, including Veil Corp. I'm into this stuff over 30K for platinum pkg, BOG, Buying Summit, etc. I can't justify spending another nickel until I get some deals done. I hope I already have enough ammo to get this going. Signed, Tapped OUT!

My second day into it and OMG! It's amazing with all the advice, programs, education, etc that come with it. I've been sitting on the sidelines TOOOOOOO LONG. Now it's time to get in the game. I really wish that this opportunity would arise again, as I am out of funds to get your program. I really am excited with all of your tools to advance methods in the Real Estate Investing! I checked out my bank account and I only have $16.00 in the bank and $10.00 in my pocket right now. I am just starting a new job tomorrow, and it is in sales. How much the selling price is when they have that kind of money laying around actually. When one has to scrape around for every cent they can just to get over the next hill and then what are you going to do when the next one comes and something unexpected comes up in between.

I haven't been on this site in a while but still have the motivation and mind set. Last year I was educating myself with the material I have already received and putting it together. This year I have taken some action by going out and putting a offer on a property. The deal didn't work for me but that's okay. I got a taste of being in the game and gain some confidence in what I'm doing. This may all be irrelevant to the subject but I just felt I needed to make this comment. Thanks Dean for providing with the tools to get started.

What a tease lol! I tried to borrow the money from my mom, but it was a no go. I already owe her so much!! Sigh... I'm very tempted to put it on my card but I don't even know if I have enough to cover even the first month's payment. I haven't paid any of my bills this month yet, so this will totally trump that... I am so tempted!!!!! But am I being responsible by doing this? Sigh.

Yes, it's tempting, as Lisa says. But also, like you had previously said Dean; "If it'll take food off your table, then maybe it's not for you".

Not only would it take food off my table, but I wouldn't have a table to eat at if I spent any more money on my REI education. Although my wife has really been supportive lately; she would probably kick me out!! I've recently lost two jobs in the last couple of months and we don't know what the sound of "two nickels rubbing together" sounds like right now.

It would be great to have all the bells and whistles and surely "speed" me along, but I know it's up to me to FINALLY get over the hump! I have to consistently apply myself with the knowledge/tools I have and the resources available here. I know I'll make 'cause I'm hungry (no; really hungry)lol! and my time is coming soon!! My situation is like John no more money left to invest in my REI ED. But I will just have to use the resources I have invested in and make it work. This is such a good webcast and I enjoyed Philip being involved with Dean. He help me get that score up!!!! Thank you Dean for everthing, I know things do not happen over night for some people we just have'th to have faith in our-selves. I can relate to others who are on a tight budget, got to keep food on the table, but with the help of the DG group and my brother I will get through this:) John made me laugh today reading his comment. I JUST HAD MY RENTERS MOVE OUT AND I GOT WITHH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT I DO BUSINESS WITH AND LET THEM KNOW I NEED TO GET IT RENTED OUT ASAP, SO PUT YOUR SIGN IN THE YARD AND I TOLD THEM THAT THE LAST TIME I NEEDED TO FIND A RENTER I ALSO PUT FOR RENT SIGNS IN THE WINDOW BECAUSE ITS BEEN AT LEAST 4 MONTHS EMPTY. I TOLD THEM THE SAME DAY I PUT THE FOR RENT SIGNS I RECIEVED 4 CALLS. SO I SUJESTED THAT THEY ALSO DO THE SAME, THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO PUT ANY SIGNS OUT BECAUSE OF B AND E'S AND ITEMS GETTING RIPPED OFF.THEY TOLD ME THEY PUT OUT ADS AND THAT IS HOW PEOPLE FIND MY RENTAL. THAT SURE TAKES A LONG TIME AND I AM NOT MAKING ANY MONEY TO PAY TAXES,WATER AND ELECTRICAL BILLS THAT DON'T STOP. HOW SHOULD I HANDLE THIS, THE NEIGHBBORHOOD HAS GOT A LOT OF REPOS AND BROUGHT THE VALUE OF MY RENTAL DOWN SO FAR ITS LESS THEN I PAID FOR IT, SO SELLING WOULD CREATE A LOSS AND NOT A PROFIT.
