Made a 3 more REA calls today over lunch. Very productive. One I just thanked for his time and moved on, the other 2 tho were right on board. 1 I'm very excited to start working with. I already have 1 REA in another area who has sent me all the criteria asked for with no quiestoins asked. Things seem to be moving right along. With each call that is made, it does get so much easier and more comfortable. I get excited after every call I make now and it hasn't been all that many. Well I wish everyone a very abundant day.

Think I'm getting ahead of myself, some advice needed
Ok, so I have been working with a REA that's not in my area. Excellent to work with, has done everything no questions asked. We have looked over multiple possibilities via the internet. I have put together a buyers list from the "Cash Purchases" in the last 90 days. We have not had time to get our business cards, which we have not received yet, and investor letters out even. I have questions regarding what type of offer I should put in on the homes and 1 condo that we have narrowed it down to. The thing is that we don't know the neighborhoods, even tho they look good, what the actual repair costs are, or have buyers contacted. Paperwork for offers being scanned over on Monday. Is there any advice that you our DG family can offer?
