To Buy or Not to buy

I am in the middle of my first contract. It is located in another stare. I have the police report and pictures of this investment property.It is a purchase that will change my life. I do need help. How do I know that the rents will cover the new loan? How much trouble will I have with converting this into condos? Condos will eliminate some of the vacancies and bring a new level of owner to the complex.
Infact I dreamed I was an owner there painting my condo and updating the kitchen. This is something renters can not do. Plus I would not have to worry about the tax bills and the roofs. How do I flip this fixer upper? Also should I flip this fixer upper? I need to read and sign my contract very soon. Then pay a personal trip to inspect each unit. I'll be glad to listen to sound advice.

You actually need to start your own thread with this question. When you post a question on someone else's thread that is going in a totally different direction, it is considered "hijacking" and is against the rules.

And if you start it under "forums" you will get more responses.
