Contracts
I have used many different contracts, from the 15 page Realtor State Approved ones to the 2 page Office Depot ones. Just keep in mind any part of a contract can be omitted or something can be added into it to fit your needs.
If I am using the 15 page contract and come across something In that contract that needs to be taking out, I simply draw one line through it and initial beside it. If I need to add anything to the contract I usually put the additional language in the “Other provision" section.
