I am loving everything and so far everything has been working perfectly. I cant wait to make my first deal so I can join the success academy. I have cash buyers in my area and I found a great Realtor.
I am about to go to my Realtor and start signing offers using Matt's (and/or assignee)Technic.
The Question that I have is, if all goes well and i get a deal from the offers that I have placed, if my buyers for whatever reason decide they do not want the property am I able to stop that contract? Can I pull back from an offer that I made? (Please Help)
Clauses and earnest money
Hi there. You can find the proper wording for an exit strategy if you can't assign the property in a certain amount of days. It's best to consult a real estate lawyer. Usually this clause accompanies earnest money.
