I'm looking for a way to secure my future. I quit my job of 15 years last spring to start a company on my own. That didn't work out as planned, so I've bounced around a bit. I know what you feel. I have already two Dean's books and many others about real estate investing. There are many obstacles but I feel the same way that this is doable. I am kind of confused with all those information but a little more time and it should be OK. I would really like to talk to someone who have done it and still doing it. Unfortunately, at this point Dean's offer for couching is too expensive for me. I need to figure this out how to move forward.

Do we really have those deals up there?
I know there are a lot of houses with higher balance on it than MV. I am sure those houses are not what I should look for at this time.
