Got forced into an early retirement 2 1/2 years ago. Now there's too much time and too little money.

Seems like stumbling onto Dean's TV show was meant to be. As someone else said - I'm addicted to real estate. I just finished the class to qualify for the realtors license, but now realize that I'm SO MUCH more interested in the investor side of the business.

Have some money I can use, but need an investor/partner to get at the bigger/better deals.

Joined the Success Academy (yikes), but have waited until after the holidays to really get going.

Interests: 
real estate, real estate, real estate . . . . . . and the theater, decorating, gardening and good food.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you but I have been in Atlanta Georgia buying properties and doing a rehab.
I am back here for a while. I have two properties sold, I will closing around the 15th of next month.I am glad to get them sold.
