Recently I transitioned into being a full-time real estate investor. I'm finding that my success in life relies more on my actions than on my wishes. So it's time to stop studying and start acting.

It's been a long road getting to this place and I'm still very nervous, but every positive change I've made in my life has come with this initial nervousness and fear, and yet every time I start taking action my life gets better than before I started. With that realization it seems to me this is the right time for me to get moving.

Interests: 
I do a lot of volunteer work with my church in the Caltholic Youth Ministry program. I have recently started taking singing lessons, and I'm enjoying those immensely. In my down time though I love watching movies doing puzzles and just hanging out with friends.

Read your post and just want to say hello and welcome! I officially joined the site yesterday even though I have been reading and gathering (inspiration and knowledge) every day for awhile now.
I already feel connected
and that is important when you are venturing into an area where you don't necessarily have alot of support right around you.
I am working through 30 days to RE Cash. My goal is to have a deal by Oct 20th. I had a lead on a probate and
looked at it today. 2 houses that need ALOT of work. We are way apart on price, but we will see what happens!
I understand needing to get it out there. I am in your corner as are the others on here!
