Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry that it took me so long to reply to you. I am really not very familiar with the site and how to contact anyone personally, so thank you again. It sounds like you are up and running in your rei career. I on the other hand am just getting started and I am stuck. I purchased Dean's two books in 2010 and was very inspired to get started but still have not accomplished what I want to do which is pretty much wholesaling. If you can assist me in partnering a deal, I am willing to give it my all.
