Hi, everyone in the group, I have been reading now for too long on the different subjects and it is time to get some action going and get a deal or two under my belt. I would love to hear from DG members that have done a few deals and find out just how they went about it. Maybe after i can make some cash i would like to partner with some other investors that have some good ideas on how to do this??? Hi Mike, I am a brand newbie. I just started with the success acadamy and I am looking for someone to work with. I am having problems getting started. Any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated. My target areas are Lewis, Thurston and Cowlitz Counties. Bird Dogging is the way I need to get started. Hi, everyone in the state of Washington, I am not new, but i know i need a mentor to guide me to that 1st deal. I went through my first deal and i thought i had the group that i paid money to backing me and after finding that great deal putting my ernest money down, doing all the background work on the deal, and ready to close and sure enough, they lied to me and then told me i had to have at least 25 to 30% of the cost out of my own pocket. If i would of had that i could of got money in many places, even with my bad credit. So here i am back to square one. If anyone has the time and wants to work with me so we both make money, send me a line and we can talk about it, Best always Fran

Hey I to am a fairly new DG student (April). I'm finally getting my LLC so i can get my POF to start making some offers, what im looking for at this point is to build my team and get 3-5
