My name is Jason and I am a Local (not for long) real estate investor located in Cleveland OH. I've been investing locally here in Ohio for about two years. I've been basically wholesaling my way to the point where I can do rehabs. The niche I just to focus on his Turn Key Cash flowing rentals, usually with section 8 tenant on at least a 1 year lease. I also do rehabs in the suburbs and am looking to make anywhere between $20-25,000 profit on pre sold rehabs to qualified buyers. So far I have successfully completed 3 of these transactions and have a pretty good system in place to find pre approved qualified retail buyers.

I am looking to network with other investors here in the Cleveland area so that we can help each other achieve new goals an aspirations. I am also looking to work with investors out side of my area since I plan on wholesaling and rehabbing nationally.
