I work in the woodworking machinery business , repairing machines.
I recently found out that they are going to have to close due to all the big box stores taking our business.
That's actually the best news I've had in a long time. It gives me more time to concentrate on real estate.
I have a couple of Dean's books and try to attend as many Webinars , and weekly wisdom's that I can.
Today is the start of a new life in real estate , I'm going full bore.

Hey dg family, are there any investors in the Long Island , NY area ? I'm chomping at the bit to get this year off to a great start and I'm not stopping till I get a deal .
