Thanks for the Welcome. I'm really nervous about doing my first deal, but I will give it a shot. I have five properties I'm gonna be looking at with my agent but not quite sure were to begin. I'm sure my DG family will help guide me through. Sorry to be so vocal and best wishes on your rei also.

If your really interested in seceding I would highly recommend the success academy, They have helped me close over 20 deals and my back was against the wall' GOOD LUCK on what ever you decided to do;

Just want to thank you for your advise regarding joining the success academy, sorry to say I won't be able to at this time because I'm financially strapped. I haven't had a job in almost 2 years now. If it wasn't for my son I would be homeless now. That's why I'm really trying to get this real estate investing off the ground. It's so hard for me because everywhere I turn I'm being asked for money if I want to get further help,just can't afford it at this time. I hope I get a few deals closed before my son leaves in June 2010. Well Randy wish me luck and happy investing.

Jonathan here, I am a newbee to Dean's site and a just happened to catch him online as I was surfing...I clicked on his Guestbook and saw your post to him back in April. I was instantly caught off-guard because I too live in Henderson (LV), have been unemployed for nearly a year and a half, and just two days ago got to go to one of Dean's "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" seminars -- I was at the Fiesta one on Wedn.@ 6 pm. It was a GREAT free seminar! However, I am writing you because I got a little scared from your posting reguarding the legality of Assignments in Las Vegas. I guess I'd first off like to know what you've found out reguarding this issue, and secondly inquire if you would be open to joining forces to brain-storm.
They say "two heads are better that one", and in this situation..this is exactly what my mother and I were planning on doing. If what you found out is TRUE, then it throws a monkey-wrench in our plans as well. So we would be very happy if you could contact us at olsonj69@**** and thru this email I could provide my phone number if you would like to talk in person. I believe that by joining forces, we can come to a win-win situation for both of us. If nothing else, we will have at least both met and added another person to our TEAM!!

I skimmed over your profile before signing off for the night, and just thaught I'd share with you that my mother (Roxanna) and you could literally be sisters!
Her and I live together (over by Sunset Station), I am 37, she is not a realtor like you but HAS worked for a local Real Estate Company in the past! And, your last sentence @ becoming a million dollar lady -- fits her to a T

Hi Jonathan, I'm so sorry I didn't get to you sooner. Looks like I'm contacting you on the day of the seminar. Sorry I don't read my messages daily like I should. Just want to say don't be afraid about my post, I found out that you can assign contracts in Las Vegas you just need to disclose what you are doing and find a attorney or title company that handles back to back closing or double closings. I've got my team almost assembled but have a couple more people to add. As far as being your partner I would love to. I'm not a person that gives up, I'm too close to making my millions. This is something I must do it's a promise to my Lord, my children, and my deceased parents. So hang in there don't give up. Hope to meet and work with you soon. Take care.

Hi Jonathan, Here's another one I'm late to answer. Please forgive me I have so many things I'm trying to do right now to get back on track, that I nelegect to check my messages, but I'm getting better. You know I don't have any sisters maybe someday the lord will bless me with an adpoted sister. You said I put a smile on your face happy to know I can still make others smile.
