I actually have been thinking about doing the kind of deals that you do, with the purchase and lease agreements. Any help you can give me would be great.

I initially wanted to start out buying and holding properties for the monthly income, but I don't understand why financial institutions would approve loans to one person for more than one property at a time. When I purchased my own home back in March, they pretty much ran my daughter and I through the ringer.

I'm still not really sure that I understand the whole purchase and lease agreements either.

If you are really interested in helping me, I believe I may have a property located on the street behind my house. They started taking offers on the property about a month ago and the house is still empty. I found out on my county's website that it is owned by a mortgage company in Fla and I am in VA. The tax assessment on the property is $114,500. It is a cute little house with 2 bedrooms and a corner lot, but not a whole lot of land. I haven't been in touch with them yet, because I don't want to seem like a fool.
