How nice of you
Perhaps you know how good it is to post a message on a website, and get a message back?
How nice of you to respond with thoughts of encouragement!
Thank you for your advice about the profile, I've filled some of it out until I think of anything else I might wish to add. It would be good to bump into another Okie here!
21 empty homes filled! Whoa and I thought I was talented.
I haven't found, but am looking for the knowledge that will help me with a problem I've run into in talking with the owners of abandoned homes.
Now I haven't spoken to that many owners so far, but of the people I have spoken with, I've found they were pleasant enough, but very emotionally unreasonable when it came to their homes. Thus they sit vacant.
I'm thinking that if I were to develop my Real Estate finesse that surely I could solve their individual dilemmas in a profitable manner, but another part of me says, perhaps I should simply move on to the next house.
Do you ever run into this situation? And if so, what do you decide?

Welcome Terri
Hey Terri
I wanted to stop and say hello to you and welcome you to the board. Glad to have you here.
If you would put more on your profile and tell what city you live in...you may find someone from the board that lives close to you. Many great partnerships have been created right here on teh board. Also tell us a little about yourself. I like to read about people and all their talents. I am just amazed how talented people are by reading their profile information. Good luck on finding those poor empty homes someone to love them and care for them. I found 21 poor empty homes some good familys to care for them.
