Accurate Comps?

Accurate Comps?

I am doing research on a couple of properties right now and have pulled comps on them but the numbers seem high. How do I know if the numbers from the comps are accurate? Thanks and any advice would be great!

accuracy of comps

The best way to know if the comps are accurate are to have a realtor help. They have access to the most recent sales - if not they can direct you on where you might find them...

Another idea about comps is get to know a few appraisers in your local area and start talking to them about neighborhoods and values. They can probably give you a wealth of insight and information. Good luck on all your deals. Believe and Achieve! Indiana-Joe
