OfflineAs the holiday season approaches, I hear many people talking about it being hard to do deals during the holiday and that they want to "wait" until after the first of the year to take action.
If any of you have had these thoughts or are using this as another "excuse" to put things off a little longer, my advice to you is DON'T!
YES - you can find and complete deals during the Holiday Season! One of the best deals that I did, closed 2 weeks before Christmas. With that particular deal, the owner lowered her price if I'd agree to close before Christmas. She wanted her money, in her pocket so she could move, get settled and have money to spend for Christmas.
Don't slow down because of the Holiday Season. There are great opportunities available - don't ever slow down, keep moving forward! You might be surprised at the deals that you will find. The Holidays bring some new motivation for Sellers.

I still here constantly that people are losing jobs, or they have a job transfer, I hear of deaths in the family, and people getting separated. There will always be motivation out there. It is our job to find it and help people through their difficult times.
