Fear is one of the largest motivators that will keep you from being success at anything.
For me, the only way I can conquer my fears are to just focus on one part of the deal at a time and push through it, then go to the next. At times when I see the whole picture I get paralyzed because I see it as too big, or difficult.
The best way we learn is line upon line, here a little and there a little.

That is exactly my problem. Thank you for the encouragement and advice. I sometimes try to look at the big picture, and it is scary that way. So now I'm trying to go one step at a time with the help of the success academy. I hope my success comes.
To hear an official coach on here say it the way you did will mean a great deal to those of us who read it. We just assume the fear dies with cashing the 1st check after closing, and never really raises its ugly head again. It's good to know there are vets on here who go through the ups and downs of REI, and that it's alright to go through them. Thanks again.

I've found that fear can either block you and/or serve as a motivator! It's all within us and we all have a choice of how to react when we fear. Turn your weaknesses into strengths! Life is too short to waste time with unproductive thoughts. It's up to you to make that decision.
