A few months ago I posted about how I was able to make over $50,000 in 1 month wholesaling. I hope that inspired a lot of you to take action, because I was able to do this while battling with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns Disease on a daily basis. I know everyone has their own struggles but you must think positive and never let anything limit your success in life.
I did just that and was able to push the boundaries even further and accomplish a new record for myself.
I was able to make $40,000 in wholesale profits in 7 days!!!

Here is a brief summary of the 5 closings:

Our Profit: $2,500 (Approved short sale given to cash buyer for fee)
The total profits in 7 days was $40,471!!
My wife and I were able to basically take the whole month of September 2011 off after doing our $57k worth of deals in August. We took the time off so I could focus on my health and getting better (I was very ill in September) and my wife could take care of her sick grandmother. We probably only worked about 30 hours the entire month of September than hit the ground running in October and we broke another personal record by closing over $40K in 7 days! This is the kind of freedom Real Estate Investing can bring you! We are consistently closing 3-10 deals on average every month right now and hopefully will have 2 more closings before the new year.
I now have a new goal (and expect) to do over $500,000 in wholesaling profits in 2012. I really want to start training and partnering with others around the country who are in major cities, so I can share the experience and knowledge I have gained since closing my first deal in September 2010.

Hi. Your message is inspiring. I have just decided to give this a try. I am a stay at home mom with 4 young kids. My husband was recently in a bad car accident. He is suffering from post concussion syndrome. He is having a hard time and worried about his job. I really need to figure out a way to make money so we don't have to worry about his income and he can heal. I am scared to death and desperate. Any suggestions?

It's really great to hear success stories and I hope things keep going well for you. It has been almost 2 years since I have joined this website and have not had any luck. People tell me what I should be doing to succeed but not all things will work in all areas. I have gotten a lot of negativity in my own community so am trying to do things outside my area. I am hoping for prayers for my success and am hoping for more offers from other areas. Keep on doing what your doing and you will reach your goal. In the meantime I hope to keep doing what I am doing and become successful.

I would say that its going to be a good year but after reading and studying this rock bottom blue print I can only say that its feeling like its going to be a blast of a year.
I can't wait to get my first deal and since im in construction, I already have a personal friend that is an investor who I help fix his properties so he can flip them. Now I can get him those deals that I find and pass them on to him. He's an x pro football player so he's used to hand offs.

I am actually blown away but what your doing!! Sounds as if you are doing a kick a$$ job. How many bandit signs are you putting up regularly if you don't mind me asking since most of your deals seem to be coming from them. Also what techniques are you using to find your buyers that works the best.
