thanks you for your response it looks like something that I have tried before with little success. with a group of real estate investor. this one is called find it and fund it. you may have heard of it I still have the book today . and have tried submitting a few deals with them . for my area here in Kern County. they rejected my offers . I don't mind telling you I were a little disapponited.just as they say in an auction I would say to you buyer be ware. Debra.
