OfflineBeen in the biz for 1 year and closed my 1st deal! Deans books were a big help. I found the property by posting craigslist ads "looking for a home" , when i finally found a good deal, i put a contract on it, then found a buyer using **** and within 2 weeks i assigned it and made a nice $3500!
Thanks to these 3 sites i was able to do it.

I've had Dean's books for a while and it helps me tremendously to see that you've done your first deal after a year. Everyone always says the first deal is the hardest but now you KNOW you can do it too. That also gives me hope.

i purposely kept my ads nice and simple, as little content as possible, when you type a huge long ad, people get lazy/bored and dont read it...
Excellent job! Don't let the momentum drop. Take massive action and focus like a laser beam.
