5th deal after joining success academy !!!!

congrats jay, i just signed up for the RE Success Academy and i plan on completing 5 deals in my first 6 mos. and 12 deals before my first year is complete

I'm somewhat of a newbie on this site with less than 1 full month of experience. I have read "Profit from Real Estate" and now I am reading a couple chapters in "B.A.R.M". It is always good to hear the stories of people making tens of thousands of dollars every month, but at times that can be so hard for a new person like me to imagine. All of the big shot real estate investors started off small like me at somepoint in their career. I like your "5th deal" story because these are actually your first deals in rei (I assumed). For me, I can catch on or understand what a new person did for their first steps because I am currently plotting out my first steps. Way to go on your success thus far, I am sure that more deals will be rolling your way. I would like to hear more about the closing process on your deal #1, and how long it took you to actually get paid from your re financing deal. Thanks in advance.

Glad to see tour getting your money back. I also got mine back but it took about a month. Isn't it awesome you paid to learn. You made money in the process and now you get your money back from Dean. that sure sounds like a win win to me. keep up the good work

could someone please explain "i have not yet got my refund back" what refund?

refund-is a refund from the success academy if you do 5 deals in 1 year after joining the academy!! how is that for a money back gaurantee???????????????
check in to the success academy and see if it is for you!!! it doesnt cost anything to talk to the coaches!!

I think we all have that sick to our stomach feeling when we first get started....great job working through it and making it happen!!! I too couldn't sleep when I joined the success academy a few weeks ago.....but I know I'll be posting my first deal and all five within my first year...that's my biggest goal is to MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

So I was just thinking of you, and I believe I congratulated you on this 5th deal already ---IF NOT, DEFINITELY CONGRATS!!! I lose track of time but I know it was a few months back!!

But I was thinking of you...because I was thinking how it would be cool if there was a little diamond on here that was a different color to add to your profile for deal #5, deal #10, deal #20 and then maybe a "Rina" or a "Matt Larson" diamond or something for the first million $$$ made in real estate!

And I was thinking about how you deserved your Deal #5 diamond
