Lease Options

Lease Options

Hi,

I have studied both of Dean.s lates books and out of all the strategies I realized that Lease Options is my best route right now. Because not having the credit or money to invest. I just need clarification on using the Lease Option contract on the Forms section. I want to assign the lease option, but it does not have the assigment after the buyer block. Can any body direct me to what contracts to use.

Max

Lease Question

Remember, when making any contract it is an agreement between two people. If you are using a standard contract, in most of them, there is a special agreement section in the contract. It is usually towards the end of the contract next to signature lines for acceptance. There you will write in "Both parties agree that this lease contract is assignable". Also next to your name you can write in "and or assigns" next to your name. I hope that this information helps!

Thanks a million

This gives me the peace of mind and confidence because I was a little worry about the paper work. Thansk a million. Just one question, when I assigned the Lease Option, do I do the same for the new renter-buyer.

Again,

Thanks

lease option's

hey max, did i understand you correctly? are you going to do a lease option and then assign it to an invester? or are you going to do a sandwich lease? thanks, perry.

Lease Option

Yes, I am doing a sandwich lease. At the same I am looking for augly properties that I can assigned, if I can find a buyer/investor, I try to lease option to buy and find a renter-buyer. This way your risk and out of pocket expenses are minimum.
I look for renter-buyers first and then look for the properties. This is the best technique for me right now. I hope it helps.
