OfflineI have a house in Pennsylvania that I thought we could fix and move in, but it's a couple of years now and still we're fixing the house. My husband and I just decided to sell the house. It's a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
I'm selling it for $40,000, it was a fixer, (I guess until now it needs some more fixing), by the time I bought the house the neighbors house was selling for $68,000. If anybody knows an investor who will be interested please reply, or maybe somebody can give me an advice on how to sell it. I live 10 hrs away from the property that's why its really hard, if we live closer it's probably more manageable. Thanks in advance for the help.
