The Letter

So Roberta was told about a inspection that was done by a home owner (by our home inspection guy) so that the kids could sell it off. Its a free and clear home in ca. ARV is 200k-210k and it needs some work but not much. Been a rental for 20 years. I sat there and watched Roberta work her magic on the phone connecting to this lady and all I could say was wow. I don't even try to talk to people anymore.. It's her sweet spot. I will let you know what we get it for or how it plays out...

Roberta is my business partner. We have worked together now for two years and spoke on Dean's stage (edge) this past april. We also do IE daily wisdoms so most people know us as a team. Sorry for the confusion.
