OfflineI post these in hopes that I will inspire others to invest. I truly do love real estate and believe there is so much opportunity in real estate.
Last week I purchased two homes. One was for 12K another was for 13K. I sold them to an investor for 2k each above and beyond my purchase price and closing costs and we also created an entity in which I still own 70% of the properties. My investor is just getting started in real estate and wanted my help. She was willing to put up all of the cash do the work and give me 70% of the profits as long as I helped her through the process.
She is super smart and motivated. She doesn't want to stop with these two properties. She is doing such a great job that we have talked about doing a 50/50 in the near future.
The possibilities are endless with real estate!
Does your partner have a sibling I can work with. I'd love to show them the ropes as well.
I'm pumped again and am planning on focusing most of my time on wholesaling. I'm following deans advice to become a full service wholesaler just like what your doing. My goal is to do 2 next month. I'll let you know how it goes.

Seriously though, thanks for sharing this. It just goes to show that there are multiple ways to invest and make money will real estate. And, there are lots of people with funds that are wanting to jump into the market.
