Why not? Write the same msg on both sides!! Won't hurt nothing in my opinion.

Yes use BOTH sides. I heard from another investor that other investors steal other investors signs and write on the back of them. So, use both sides just in case.
how do you keep the stake from blocking the writing on the back side??
wouldn't you need two poster boards anyway? just wondering...

I use the wire stakes with the corrugated plastic 18x24 yellow write on both sides with black sharpie pen. Place facinig traffic can be seen coming and going the yellow is visible from a very long distance. Action+knowledge=success....
