OfflineI have put up "Ghost Ads" on Craigslist, and 2 out of the 3 have been flagged. Two of them were from the attachment with the RBB and one was from "Profit From Real Estate Right Now."
I did get one lead out of them, called the number left a message and the next thing I know I see in my email that my posting was flagged that I got the lead from! Should I just keep my nose to the grindstone and keep using the same ads or do I need to get a little more creative?
Also, does anybody know if assignment of contract is legal (as long as you have disclosed with the seller) in Illinois and Missouri? I live on I-70 about an hour from St. Louis and I am posting these in the STL Craigslist classifieds.
Any and all input would be much appreciated...

make sure that you list the ad as owner and not broker, I made that mistake myself. Assignments are legal but banks will not accepting them if you are making offers on an REO.
