OfflineToday was last day of my regular F-T job-company was dissolved. I have been trying to do bits and pieces of this Real Estate program "part-time"- so now have "full-time" availability. Met with a Local Seasoned Real Estate Investor who has several bird-dogs putting out her bandit signs and working deals out from there. I took a bunch out this evening and about 1/2 way thru was "caught" by a local cop/bandit signs illegal here-against city code. Cop made me feel like a jewelry thief-i'm just putting out signs for goodness sake...anyway-put a damper on the evening. Going to journal some stuff here and see what effect/if any/that it has on whole program.

The Ad was pretty basic- about a business card sized ad in a local periodical with low-mid range cost. The ad read " Behind on your House Payments? FREE Foreclosure Helpline NO Cost NO Obigation NO Fee (my website) (my busines phone #)
if they call-they get Deans Automated Stop foreclosure tips in Profit from real estate now book condensed a little for time (otherwise would be almost 10-15minutes long). And they have opportunity to leave contact info . No calls for two weeks-disappointing so all that is on hold for now.

After 2 weeks of running a Stop Foreclosure free info helpline with no calls-have decided to withdraw the ad since (initially) got no calls for two weeks of running the ad. I did print some (mostly free) business cards via VistaPrint which basically offer $100-$500 for any leads on houses that lead to a Sale(bird dog leads). Also started a rough draft on some basic "we pay cash for houses" flyer just to try another route. Will have that with me available to place around town.
Keepin it real- I am still pursuing regular F-T work since I have talked to many investors who do this on the side and/or P-Time until they get a deal or two/or get established.

I dont see many real estate ads in the local paper, I still look just incase something is there
