Ok, so I have been working with a REA that's not in my area. Excellent to work with, has done everything no questions asked. We have looked over multiple possibilities via the internet. I have put together a buyers list from the "Cash Purchases" in the last 90 days. We have not had time to get our business cards, which we have not received yet, and investor letters out even. I have questions regarding what type of offer I should put in on the homes and 1 condo that we have narrowed it down to. The thing is that we don't know the neighborhoods, even tho they look good, what the actual repair costs are, or have buyers contacted. Paperwork for offers being scanned over on Monday. Is there any advice that you our DG family can offer?

Hi Andrew,
I am new at this too but from the way i read your post i get the feeling you haven't contacted the people on your buyers list.
Do the properties meet your buyers needs/wants? Do you have access to these properties to evaluate any needed repairs?
Have you talked to these buyers and let them know who you are and what you do?
Are they expecting to receive info from you or did you just get a list of names?
Some serious buyers may just throw away your info you mail them because they have no idea where it came from.
Again,i'm a newbie too,i don't know all the answers,that's why i'm here.just trying to help.
To Your Success!!
