OfflineDoes that seem like a long time to be in PRE foreclosure?? Some properties on FAL have pre-foreclosure start dates of June 2009. Does this mean the owner is in the HAMP program, or something else is going on?
What's the best Pre-foreclosure timeperiod in which to target a seller? 3 months?
