OfflineI have been reading the first book for quite sometime, and PFRERN for about 10 days and I cant take it any longer.
Living in the metro Detroit area, there are thousands of potential deals, plus I just became a full time Realtor about 5 months ago. Looking forward to using the knowledge of both to make some serious coin.
