Congrats on taking that 1st step...now go find 4 or 5 more and find them a deal to assign.
I'm a newbie also, in the process of finding buyers, locating properies and about to attend my 1st REI club. From there i will learn to assign deals using North Carolina contracts.....so stay busy and it will all come together sooner than you think.
