Yes it is the same Congradulation on being excepted into the program. You have a whole team that Dean has put togeather to help you. So as you take the your lessons write down any questions that you have and call the advisory line to get your answers.Remember you are not alone they are there for you every step of the way.

Welcome aboard our success academy. I also agree with everyone else what a great age to start into real estate. I started when I was just 18 years old, not too far off from you. I have never regretted the move into real estate once. I wish I did as you have done getting coaching because, man, I really would be far different with my success if I could have learned from others mistake.

Thank you all for your kind words and support. It's crazy because I'm already doubting myself (and that I am not use to putting that much money down on something). I'm already thinking of calling and asking for a refund. But, I keep reminding myself that even if I did get the refund money, what would I do with it? Where would I spend it? How would it help be better myself? It seems every time I start a new venture I defeat myself before it even gets moving. I just have to keep a constant reminder that it can be done, and the sky is the limit.

I would recommend just getting started that you start looking for other investors in your area. See if you have a real estate investment club. Find out what other people are doing (short sales, fix and flips, buy and holds as rentals or lease options). Get a feel for what is working well in your area.

Next find out if these folks are looking for any new properties. Find out what their criteria is and go find the homes for them. Most investors will be happy to pay you a referral fee. Or if you find a home that is a really great deal you can assign it to them. This is a great way to get your money that you invested in the program back in one deal.

Of course being one of the coaches I would suggest not quitting. Look at Matt. He wanted to quit, tried, was convinced to keep in coaching and to get going and now he is one the most known successful investor for Dean Graziosi and a millionaire.

I'm 26 and through the help of Dean and his family, I learned this weekend at the Conference that I have found my calling. I was having a "young-life" crisis before this about what it is I wanted to do for a living. Hearing some of the speakers' stories have proven to me that success is possible for you and your loved ones! Dive right in and don't be afraid to ask questions! I would love to join the coaching program myself, however I am a little tapped out after this past weekend. You said the coaching program takes payment plan options? I could probably do that.... hmmmm. Where there's a will there's a way! keep it up let us know your progress!

You got it...Ask tons of questions on here...Ask coaches...Read, reread, and ask more questions...But most important of all, do whatever you can do...Regardless if you think you know what you are doing or not...That is what creates results...Don't let fear take over you making things happen for yourself and family...

I am 23, and wish I was 20 when I found the books, and programs...

Set your mind, create goals, write the action steps to get there, and follow them...Action steps turn into goals...And one goal always leads to the next one...You got an awesome opportunity that most only dream of...But you are actually in the process of making it happen unlike most people...

I did the coaching program - and my best advice is to study hard and ASK QUESTIONS of the coaches! I got right into the books and lessons, which were great - and had my first flip house 3 months later. My biggest regret is that I did not explore different strategies enough to even know what questions to ask before my year was up last month. So use the hotline and make it work for you! Those guys are superb! And all you youngsters...wow...if only I had found this when I was in my 20s! Whew - your possibilites are amazing! I'm in the 50 something club and just getting started so I'm quite jealous of you all. Take this and run my friends - its the opportunity of a lifetime to better your life, the lives of your loved ones, and the lives of the people you touch along the way!

Twenty or less years ago if you said Internet Explorer...They would have looked at you crazy! Don't look back... Take control of your possibility. I like knowing that I always have somebody there for me to give me advice. I feel more better knowing where to go aside from THIS site! Hey one good advice that I as a newbie will give you is to read, read, read what this site has to offer. The info on here is amazing. Everytime I need an idea or am stuck I simply come here and read. I love it, this is a great group of individual who are willing to help one another.

Anybody heard of Meetup.com? Its great, I just found meetings between other investors in my area and guess what? MOST OF THEM ARE FREE! I def have a buyers list going and now I am going to spend more time looking for great deals. I just started an i am out there putting fliers up in supermarkets and aroun the neighborhood. I also recommend facebook,myspace and postlets for YOUR ADS.

Boy what cold feet! I have had a knot in my stomach trying to choose between the safe dead-end I feel I am in and the excitement of change and oppurtunity. The academy is the push I need to put into action the things I already know, but have lacked the confidence to see through. I wish the best to all with the academy or with the support of forums, get out of the rat race in in the fast lane!

I can't believe I've just shelled out so much money for this course! At first I was really excited, but now it's nearly 4AM here on the East Coast and I'm struggling with fear and doubt. You see, I'm a single mom of three and had to take the money from our meager savings. Did I make the right decision? Thanks to everyone's posts, they do help a little.

STICK WITH IT!

I hesitantly spent alot of money to join the Academy as well (alot of us have), and although I have not done my first deal yet I feel it is in the near future. Like others have said before, just do what they tell you to do no matter how fearful, scared, awkward, or uncomfortable it may feel. so many people right now are in financial distress, but if we stick to this site and follow what the coach's say the possibilities are endless. Your success relies in your determination.

You have done the right thing. I understand your fear. I have been there. My fear may not have been in paying for coaching or training but I have felt the same fear purchasing properties I could not afford when I started. I am sure many others have felt your same fear but you will find your success and opportunity grow by having coaching.

The one thing I wish I would have done 13 years ago would have been getting coaching. I commend you on the choice you have made to get mentoring and direction. This truly will help you avoid pitfalls and find easy, correct paths to success.

HI, I am new to REI, and this website. I am in the second week since I joined the academy, and am a little overwhelmed and confused. Gone through Marketing overview and Buyers List lessons. They tell you to build your network lists and buyers list, but I not sure how to go about this? Are the first three lessons just kinda of like an overview, and will I be getting more details in future lessons? Also, will the advisors do follow up calls or do you have to call them? Just not sure how this all works, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

bottom line that applys to any one that takes on a new venture such as becomig a real estae investor and joining the academy is that we are taking on a new way of life [from a fly rod to a spin cast]just as long as we walk hand to hand with those at the academy and of course take ACTION even jesus said that as long as we have faith and believe we could move mountains
so as long as we keep our commitment keep the faith and believe in our selfs and do as we are taught and of course with all the help all the knowledge and
above all take ACTION we will be able to be successful at being a real estate investor also I to believe that dean is genuine and that he truly wants us all to be successful so email those folks at the academy pick up the phone and call them because your answers and your future a waites you and I will do the same because the top of the mountain is waiting for us all

Here's where I'm at...
I've got my LLC in the works with the state and fed paperwork filed through THE TAX CLUB. They're extremely helpful but rather expensive.

Also, I've posted four or five ads in the online classifieds but the only responses I've gotten are from others promoting their own "for sale" or "we buy houses" websites. I told a friend of mine what I was doing and through my encouragement she is buying Dean's book and visiting the site. Who knows, maybe we'll join forces down the road.

I'm still trying to put together a sellers/buyers list but having some trouble with it. After some research, I've sent handwritten notes to a selected group of pre-foreclosures with the highest potential for a quick sale. I want to offer my buyers the lowest price possible and the highest amount of equity. My selling point is that I can help the seller escape the impending foreclosure he/she is facing with their credit in tact and sell the property within 30 days or so. I also mention that my services are free to sellers. How can I make it more appealling?

Oh, I also attended a sheriff's sale last week and handed my business card to a few people there. Still no takers though. Dean mentioned in his book that a phone company we can use to set up the automatic marketing stratedgy. On the website they charge $30/month. Does anyone know what kind of discounts they are supposed to offer us, Dean's students?

Hi. I just pick up the phone and call them. They give me a "to do" list to accomplish such as obtain five qualified buyers and sellers each. I'm still trying to get that. Next time I call, they have a record of the last conversation and will likely ask me how much I've done and give me another "to do". Hope this helps you.

Joe, have you checked out the "Coaching Curriculum" on the right side of the Success Academy web page that lists your courses? These Workbooks and Guides provide a lot more detail. It took us awhile to discover these.

The way you have to look at the academy is that you are paying for an education. It is like any other on line class you would take at a college. The best thing about this academy the teachers ( coaches) are a lot easier to get a hold of. I have been in the academy for one month now and I have called the advisor hot line almost every day. I have not closed on our first deal at this time. I do want to say I have not bought a bad investment ether. The Coaches I have talked with give you so much more information than what you may have wanted in the first place.

What I want everyone to know is, this is an educational program not a get rich quick scam. You have to put some study time into it. You have to put some work into it. Remember what Dean said about baby steps. Do not feel like you have to hit the home run today. Just stick with it and the base hits will turn into runs.

If you are in the academy, call your Coaches. They will help you. If you do not call them, it is your loss. Do not be afraid to call your Coach. If you cannot talk to the Coaches you probably will have a hard time talking to sellers and buyers. Do not give up.

I joined yesterday, 1st call is set for tue afternoon, lots of thoughts going in my head. know i did the right thing,but am i ready? i'm one of the 50 something people, wow wish i would have known 'bout this in my 20,30's, that is starting on my 2nd chilhood. i'm not good at cold calls, and really stepping out of box. i've read all the posts i could get about others sucess' with the academy so i'm real excited to get going. keep up the great posts. i like the quote by wayne g. You have come into real estate at the greatest time to invest since the great depressions. Millionaires are made in markets like this.

Not only did you come in at a great time in the market you have a proven system with Dean Graziosi and you have a group of investor (the advisors with the success academy) to back you up.

As I read through the comments here it reminds me of an old quote "practice makes perfect". Being a coach makes me want to revise this quote a bit, and here is the reason. You can practice things in the wrong way and you will learn to do things incorrectly. My revised quote is "Perfect practice makes perfect". We are here to make sure you are learning and doing things the right way to avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that may be out there and having to relearn the things you are doing. This is going to save you time and money in the long run.

"Prectice makes permanent" if you keep practicing the wrong way,
