I am dealing with property manager in state of Maryland and he brought me 12 cash-buyer investors who can close any good deals in 72 hours. I was amazed. This guy is something I can tell that much.
I wanted to share with you guys because property managers manage people`s properties and they know what they are looking for. If you show them a good deal, you are in business. That means you don`t have to create any buyers list because your property manager brings you all. I`am a huge networking believer that`s why I met this guy.And it works so far.

That is an awesome idea! It is such a coincidence that you should say this. I was talking to my husband just last night before we went to sleep, and I told him that I wanted to call the property management company that we used to rent from, and ask them if they have any interested investors. When I woke up this morning, I totally forgot about it! LOL Thanks for reminding me, and I am going to do this tomorrow first thing!
