Another getting started suggestion.

Angela really meant to click on literally everything.
While you are doing that you will come across the link titled GLOSSARY of Terms(under main sections-top/left) is actually a GLOSSARY of real estate acronyms.

Familiarize yourself with the location. You will need it.

I've also been clicking away. There's so much information to take in at once but I think this is a great way for everyone to help each other and a really big "Thank you!" to Dean for creating this opportunity!

Another way of finding good info is clicking on top user's over to the left & go to their profile page. Once your there, click on track on top of their page, which will give you all the topics & posts they have been involved in or posted themselves.
NOTE:
Some of the info you'll read about can be a few years old & strategies do change as the markets do.
IE: using and /or assigns,"assignment of Contract" on bank owned properties. Anita Wilson has some old posts & she was getting this done a few years back, but now you could be wasting your time writing up your offer with and/or assigns on REO's.

Hello all,
I'm also a new member and just started Success Academy a month ago. I have not done any deals yet but will take action very soon by utilizing the knowledge. I also read Dean's new book. Many ideas and techniques overlap Success Academy's courses but the Success Academy is much more detailed.
Whether or not you are a S.A. student or an experienced investor, I want to get to know you and share the wisdom.

Thank you to all for your posts. I feel like I say this everyday a few times, but the feeling doesn't fade; it is extremely helpful for anyone, new and old to go through and read anything and everything they can. I have been still trying to type in a question that has not been asked, but have not succeeded. Believe me when I say that I have had, and still have a ton of them. All the information that has been collected on this site is worth more than all investors income combined. Including the Big D's. I know that it will not take long for me to make a deal. My progress will be made step by step. Some fowards and some may feel like they are going back, but it is all a learning game. The more you learn and the more you put into practice what you have learned the better you become. I am confident that what you learn in Dean's books, this site, the DG Family, S.A., and everything inbetween is only going to make you succeed. So thank you again to everyone. I appreciate it.
