Automatic Rent draft

Any body out there have a favorite auto rent pay program or service?

I prefer

Chase Quick Pay. Many other credit unions and banks are starting this as well. But, ANY bank can use Chase quickpay; regardless if you have an account there. It allows the renter to deposit the check directly into your account JUST with you email address. It has been so convenient. Oh, and its free.

Also, tenants can start direct deposit for you, HOWEVER, you do need to share your account number. And, they can always goto the bank and deposit direct into your account.

There are other services out there that also collect rents automatically, but I believe they have fees. Someone else will chime in, I'm sure!
